Tom Smith began his first construction company in Pasco County in 1971, after graduating college with an economics degree, and then served in the US Navy Seabees.
After a 52 year career constructing over 7,000 homes in West Central Florida, Tom sold his construction company and retired in 2017.
However, Tom couldn’t stand the boredom, and decided to start a new single family home company, Classic Florida Dream Homes, LLC, specializing in quality custom homes.
Tom partnered with Dave Rinaldo, an experienced residential & commercial contractor, and together they decided to construct new custom homes along the Pinellas, Florida beaches, and dedicate their energy to each clients new home investment.
Dave Rinaldo began his construction career in the cabinetry industry 18 years ago.
After years of sales and specializing in cabinetry layout and design, he decided to leave cabinetry for commercial construction.
Dave spent a few years traveling the state supervising store front buildouts for TN Design.
In 2013 he started his first development buildout of 14 homes in Pasco County.
Dave earned his Contractors License and built several waterfront homes in Pinellas County.
Two years ago after talking to Tom Smith about the State of the Industry, they gave birth to Classic Florida Dream Homes, LLC. Specializing in waterfront homes in the highly sought after County of Pinellas.
Kristin ‘Kris’ Ingram was raised on the East Coast of Florida and has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality travel & tourism industry and 20 years of marketing experience. Kris also holds her Florida Community Association Management license and is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Kris successfully started a vacation rental business managing her client’s real estate investments while consistently delivering exceptional vacation experiences. Her strong business acumen makes her a valuable asset to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in property.
Kris is deeply committed to providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships with her clients. She prides herself on her ability to listen to her clients' needs and goals and works tirelessly to help them achieve their real estate objectives.
